    Sam Low

    Sam Low

    Representative, 39th District, Washington State

    Representative Sam Low represents the 39th Legislative District in the Washington State House of Representatives as well as sits on the Snohomish County Council. He was born and raised in Snohomish County and holds degrees in Theology and Organizational Leadership. Before entering public service, Representative Low was a successful small business owner. He served on the Lake Stevens City Council, including as Council President in 2016 and Mayor Pro-Tem, as well as the Snohomish County Board of Health, selected as Chair of the Health District in 2015. He actively contributes to community service and serves on several House committees, including Transportation and Housing. His work addresses critical issues in the 39th District, from infrastructure to housing affordability.
