Rampathon
Rampathon is an annual program of the Master Builders Care Foundation where members and volunteers build free wheelchair-access ramps for low-income homeowners throughout King and Snohomish counties. Since it's inception in 1993, members and volunteers have built more than 300 ramps contributing to more than 1.7 million dollars of in-kind contributions to our community!

Following Touching Kick-Off, Rampathon® Completes 15 Ramps
Nine-year-old Sara Pelton recently experienced the simple pleasure of independently going outside to play with her brother and neighborhood friends. At Rampathon’s annual kick-off event, Sara’s father, Dave Pelton, emotionally described seeing the smile on Sara’s face when she used the ramp for the first time. “In the few days the ramp has been here my daughter must have gone up the ramp 150 times." On Saturday May 19, 15 low-income families in King and Snohomish counties received free wheelchair-access ramps, just like Sara Pelton, thanks to more than 160 volunteers from the Master Builders Care Foundation.
Rampathon 2011: Volunteers Complete 16 New Ramps
On Saturday, May 14, more than 250 volunteers, sponsors, donors and organizers used their skills and resources to construct sixteen wheelchair ramps for some very deserving people.
