Katherine Holzknecht | Inglewood Construction Inc
“The class provided a better understanding of employers’ role in claims and there actually is something employers can do. Very, very good presentation! Can’t wait to make all the necessary changes.”
Ilaria Hare Heiderich | Floorworks Inc

What members are saying about GRIP:
“As a participant I have already experienced rapid response to my claims questions, informative dialogue about medical costs. I’ve also had claims closed in 30 days. With our claims administrator’s help, my employees have received prompt, professional medical care and returned to work without time loss. My $99 investment to enroll has paid dividends I never anticipated and I still have a refund to look forward to!”
Joe Schwab | Vice President of HCS Construction Services Co
“In our business, a retro program is invaluable. GRIP is affordable, and the claims management support is personal and hands on. Our account representative is on top of our claims and has come out to meet with me and our internal claims management personnel to help us manage our claims as well.”
Beth Madden | President of Madden Industrial Craftsmen, Inc.
“Unfortunately, KBA incurred a couple of claims last year just before we transferred to GRIP. Our GRIP representative assisted me in getting our claims the attention and action they required. Also, the Claims 101 class hosted by GRIP and Approach Management Services was tremendously helpful and makes me feel confident KBA is taking the correct actions for our injured employees while also mitigating KBA’s risk.”
Misty Fisher | Operations Manager at KBA, Inc.
“I took Claims 101 in September and came away armed with the knowledge and tools to conquer any injury claim. The seminar had a friendly atmosphere and at the same time was efficient and productive. I came back to the office all fired up about safety procedures. I sent a safety packet out to each employee to start taking advantage of what I learned in the class.”
